With A Hand Gun. When I Arrived On Scene I Was Directed To Speak With Victim Who Advised She Had Been Sitting In Her #### White Acura #.#cl GA Tag Blu#### Waiting To Enter Work At The Best Buy. While Sitting In Her Vehicle A Hispanic Male With A White Bandana On His Head Approached Her And Struck Her In The Face With His Hand. He Said To "Get Out Of The Car, Give Me Your Stuff Lets Go.” When She Was Getting Out Of The Vehicle, He Snatched Her Keys From Her Right Hand Cutting Her Palm. The Male Then Got Into Her Vehicle And Left The Parking Lot At A High Rate Of Speed Turning Right Onto Adina Dr. Heading Southbound Toward Morosgo Dr. While Speaking With The Victim, I Was Advised By A Witness That He Observed The Hispanic Male Approach Victim’s Vehicle While He Was Parked Approximately Ten Spaces Away. He Observed The Suspect Push The Victim Out Of The Vehicle And Drive Away At A High Rate Of Speed. Witness Advised He Would Be Able To Identify The Subject At A Later Date. After Speaking With The Victim, I Was Advised That The Suspect Had Attempted To Carjack A Couple While They Sat In A Black Camaro. The Female Advised She And The Male Had Been Sitting In The Parking Lot Talking. When She Started To Exit The Vehicle She Saw The Suspect, Described As A Hispanic Male With A White Bandana Around His Head And Tattoos On His Face Come Running Toward The Driver Door With A Handgun. She Attempted To Yell "babe" To The Male Victim When The Subject Pointed The Gun And Told Him To Get Out Of The Vehicle. Victim Advised He Was Attempting To Exit The Vehicle When Someone Drove Up & Advised He Had Just Left Home Depot When He Saw The Hispanic Male Running Toward The Black Camaro With A Hand Gun Trying To Get The Passengers Out Of The Vehicle. Witness Advised He Pulled Over And Took Out His Personal Gun And Challenged The Suspect To Put Down The Gun. The Suspect Turned Toward Him Pointing The Gun At Him. Victim Advised It Was Then That The Suspect Put The Gun Down On The Ground And Was Still Trying To Pull The Male Out Of The Vehicle. Witness Told The Male He Wasn't Joking And The Suspect Ran Away Toward The Best Buy, Although He Thought He Was Running Toward A Get Away Car. Two Advised They Would Be Able To Identify The Subject At A Later Date. Mr. WXYZ Advised He Did Not Get A Good Look At The Subject’s Face And Did Not Think He Would Be Able To Identify Him. While Interviewing Victim's And Witnesses I Was Advised By Target Security That Three Of Their Customers Had Entered The Store And Advised That A Hispanic Male Had Approached Both Of Their Vehicles And Attempted To Get In. I Went And Spoke With WXYZ Victim And Her Mother. They Had Just Parked In A Space At The Target Downstairs From The Best Buy. They Had Been Sitting In The Vehicle Talking When A Hispanic Male Approached The Passenger Window And Began Aggressively Banging On The Window And Motioning For Her To Roll The Window Down. .Passenger Kept Shaking Her Head And Saying No When The Male Ran To The Car In Front Of Her Banging On The Window Of The Vehicle Parked In Front Of Her. The Male Ran To Her Car And Started Banging On Her Driver Window And She Pretended To Roll The Window Down When The Male Ran Away And Up The Stairs. The Three Females Advised That The Male Did Not Produce Any Weapons When They Encountered The Suspect. WXYZ Said She Would Be Able To Identify The Subject At A Later Date. The Suspect Was Described As A Hispanic Male Approximately #"## In Height, Weighing Approximately ### Lbs. The Suspect Was Wearing A Dark Colored Shirt With A White Design On The Front. The Male Had A White Bandana On His Head With Shaved Dark Hair. The Male Also Had A Tattoo Of A Cross On The Left Side Of His Face Among Other Tattoos. While In Target Interviewing Witnesses I Was Approached By A Target Employee Who Advised He Observed The Suspect Walking Down The Stairs And Made Eye Contact With The Suspect, A Hispanic Male With Tattoos On His Face. The Male Walked Back Toward The Parking Lot Instead Of Towards The Entrance To The Store. Mr. WXYZ Advised He Turned Around And Observed The Male Near A White Vehicle Before Entering The Store. Witness Advised He Would Be Able To Identify The Suspect At A Later Time. Target Security (###.###.####) Advised They Had Some Video Footage Of The Suspect Entering Their Parking Lot And Running From The Lot. The Security Advised That The Video Footage Would Be Available On Disc On ##.##.##. Grady Unit ### Responded To The Scene And Treated Female Victim For Head And Nose Pain. She Refused Transport. Cid Unit #### Responded To The Scene. Multiple Evening Watch Units Checked The Area For The Subject And The Stolen Vehicle And Were Unable To Locate The Car. Victim Advised That Her Cell Phone Was In The Car At The Time Of The Theft And It May Have A Tracking Device, But She Was Unsure Of How To Activate The Service. Unit #### Was Notified Of The Incident Along With The Air Unit. The Vehicle Was Placed On The System As Stolen And The Handgun (.## Revolver Hopkins & Allen Serial # #####)
