Report Summary :  APARTMENT: No force, vehicle unlocked. Victim advised that he opened his trunk todiscover that his briefcase, Dell laptop, wallet, debit/credit cards, and miscellaneous items had been removed from the vehicle. He advised that he believes he may have left his vehicle doors unlocked. Surveillance cameras were observed in the area of the incident.

He advised that he had past issues with getting the vehicle to lock and that the passenger side door may have been left open.

Surveillance footage of the incident was captured.

While in pursuit of the vehicle the suspects crashed the vehicle in the area of Avon Ave. and Wyland Ave. then fled from the location. Possible latent fingerprints were recovered and turned in for analysis. K9 was called to the scene to track the suspects.
